  • Supporting All Students: A School-wide Approach to Behavior

Whether we are aware of it or not, each school has a System of Justness that supports Montessori’s original goal of reaching all children. At the center of that system is how we respond to students when they are struggling in the classroom. Our Nautilus Approach is a system of step-by-step guidance, through set phases, during which the goal is to support the child in returning to their work. This approach to school discipline matches the Montessori approach to school. We also offer General Nautilus Approach trainings for anyone interested in this aligned approach.

Any of these offerings can be tailored to the specific needs of your school community.
