Strengthen your practice with our collaboratives

Literacy and Dual Language Collaboratives

Engage with the Montessori literacy conversation at Public Montessori in Action International by participating in our literacy and/or dual language collaboratives! We are a group of passionate Montessori practitioners interested in being of public service to the important work of improving the language experience in Montessori classrooms.

In our collaboratives, we:

  • Share our experiences surrounding the implementation of Montessori literacy and dual language practices in the classroom

  • Learn from each other

  • Move the literacy and dual language work forward through the generation of new tools

If you are a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color) Montessorian seeking community, this collaborative is for you. The group will provide a safe space to talk about your experience, hear from others and unite in this work. We meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month, from 6:00-7:00pm ET. The first meeting is September 25, 2024.

4th Wednesday of the month, from 6:00-7:00pm ET.

This Collaborative is for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color) in the Montessori community.

PMAI Collaboratives provide safe space for Montessori practitioners to share ideas and learn from one another in order to implement new thinking and concepts. We do our work together, and PMAI Collaboratives are a meaningful way to engage with other Montessorians, enhance your learning, and develop pathways for future action.
