Practitioner Circles are designed to meet a core professional need in Montessori education: sustained, practice‑centered reflection in a supportive community. These small, facilitated groups meet for six sessions over three months, creating a space where practitioners can examine a focused area of Montessori work with intention and clarity.

Practitioner Circles honor the classroom educator as a professional who deserves ongoing development, mentorship, and community, without needing to step out of the classroom to grow.

This gathering of Montessori Primary educators will focus on work in the Primary classroom environment in support of the first plane child. This community of practitioners will reflect on challenges, explore new ideas and support each other, while strengthening practice.
This Circle will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, September 23 at 5p EST.
This gathering of Montessori Elementary educators will focus on systems and structures in the Elementary classroom that support full implementation. Practitioners will leave each session with a new tool and inspiration to strengthen their practice.
This Circle will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, September 22 at 4p EST.
This gathering of Montessori Primary and Elementary educators will focus on strengthening numeracy foundations and supporting children as they move from concrete materials into true mathematical reasoning, building toward deeper understanding in the later grades. Practitioners will leave each session with practical strategies and fresh insight to strengthen their math practice.
