“Before the workshop, I had questions about record-keeping and tracking ongoing work. This incredible workshop opened my eyes to a wealth of options and possibilities! If you've ever had questions about your Montessori delivery or felt overwhelmed by classroom management tasks, this workshop is a must-attend.”

This workshop is for all elementary guides with a focus on those working to fully implement the method.

"The child gives us a beautiful lesson – that in order to form and maintain our intelligence, we must use our hands." - Dr. Maria Montessori

A unique approach to educating children in the second plane of development.

Implementing strong Montessori is our goal and in order to do this well it is important to have a holistic view of the essential aspects as well as a fluency with the parts. Montessori for the elementary child offers a vast curriculum and a complex intersection of components that create the magic of the classroom.

In addition, Elementary Montessori is a unique approach to educating children in the second plane of development that coincides with high-stake testing years for public Montessori schools. Strong implementation at this level is essential to ensuring positive outcomes.

This workshop is for all elementary guides with a focus on those working to fully implement the method. It offers a variety of systems and tools to support collaboration with children towards owning their own learning. Based on the concept of freedom and responsibility it provides guidance for how to achieve balance in the elementary classroom.

Created to support both new and seasoned teachers, this workshop will aid the elementary guide in establishing community cooperation to create a foundation for experiencing the integrated curriculum Dr. Montessori envisioned.

“This workshop helped fill gaps left from formal Montessori training and provide support for us public Montessorians in guiding students to meet the expectations of state standards.

Strong Systems are a necessary component to strong Montessori implementation. This session provides an overview of the three types of work in the elementary classroom and provides the guide with support in using the work journal to create classroom systems.

Continually updated with the latest insights and experiences from educators in the classroom, this course offers tools and systems ready for immediate use in Montessori schools.

“The workshop gave me all of the tools and filled in many of the gaps my training left me with when I started my first year of teaching. I left with so many ideas and systems to implement immediately that really shifted my classroom management and the overall culture of my LE community.”
