User-friendly and customizable
The Montessori Inventory Tool is built in Microsoft Excel and is designed to be user-friendly and customizable. Basic to intermediate Excel skills are necessary to utilize the tool effectively. Users should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, entering data, adjusting tabs, and making simple formatting or structural edits if customization is needed. Advanced Excel expertise is not required, but familiarity with core spreadsheet functions will ensure you can fully implement and maintain the system with confidence.
To get started, schools have full access to an online course which combines instructional videos with text which guide new users through the process. Schools are welcome to revisit the course as often as needed to ensure everyone’s comfort with the tool.
