Designed for Primary, Lower Elementary, and Upper Elementary environments, this customizable Google Sheets-based tool gives school leaders a clear, whole-school view of essential materials and furniture. You’ll know at a glance whether your classrooms are equitably resourced, where replacement materials are needed, and whether you’re prepared to deliver a fully implemented Montessori curriculum.

More than just a tracking sheet, this tool supports long-term financial planning and staff harmony. Teachers complete a simple, protected classroom tab, while administrators access a dynamic, color-coded dashboard that automatically aggregates data across the entire school. User-friendly and customizable

The Montessori Inventory Tool is built in Google Sheets and is designed to be user-friendly and customizable. Basic to intermediate Google Sheet skills are necessary to utilize the tool effectively. An Excel version is available upon request.

Users should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, entering data, adjusting tabs, and making simple formatting or structural edits if customization is needed. Advanced expertise is not required, but familiarity with core spreadsheet functions will ensure you can maintain the system with confidence.

To get started, schools have access to an online course which combines instructional videos with text to guide new users through the process. Schools are welcome to revisit the course as often as needed to ensure everyone’s comfort with the tool.

The Montessori Inventory Tool is $1,150 per school.
