Living into our Equity Agreements
The Exploring Equity Workshop is a place to lean into the topic of equity and its central role in our work as Montessori educators. Meet bi-weekly on virtual calls from September to December in small groups to learn, discuss and reflect on topics ranging from implicit bias to systemic racism.
Directive Coaching on Distance Learning Lessons
Distance Learning Lessons are a new element of our work as a result of the world pandemic. This three-session course pushes into the elements of a strong Montessori lesson given virtually. Meet with a seasoned Montessori Guide who will share how to manage a live session with children, how to navigate the digital elements of the lesson and how to offer meaningful follow-up work so the learning continues past the lesson.

Meet with a seasoned Montessori educator who has figured out ways to connect with her students and move their learning while giving lessons virtually. This Workshop can be taken as a follow up to the three-session course or separately. The group meets bi-weekly on virtual calls from August- December.
